Mr. Hayes graduated from Temple University in 1969 and went on to graduate from Rutgers Law School in 1972. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, The Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
He is a member of the Chester County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association. He has been providing courteous, innovative and cost-efficient solutions to Chester County residents since 1972. He has been providing many years of service in Estates, Wills, Trusts and Probate Administration, including Orphans' Court litigation.
