Mr. Hayes graduated from
Temple University in 1969 and went on to graduate from
Rutgers Law School in 1972. He is admitted to practice before the
Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the
Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the The Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a member of the Pennsyvlania Bar Association. He has been providing courteous, innovative and cost-efficient solutions to
