Mr. Hayes graduated from
Temple University in 1969 and went on to graduate from
Rutgers Law School in 1972. He is admitted to practice before the
Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the The Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
He is a member of the Pennsyvlania Bar Association. He has been providing courteous, innovative and cost-efficient solutions to
Chester County residents since 1972. He has a unique expertise and industry knowledge that enable him to handle complex commercial litigation. He has a large probate practice and handles personal injury cases, divorce, custody, and criminal defense matters including DUI, drug matters, burglary, white collar theft, domestic violence and various motor vehicle violations.
