Our firm is a full service law firm, representing and advising clients in the area of Wills and Estates, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Criminal Law, DUI, Bankruptcy, drivers license suspensions, traffic violations, family law and collections. We also handle appellate matters.
Our law offices are located in downtown West Chester within walking distance to the courthouse. Parking is available in the municiple lot across the street.
Attorney Frank W. Hayes has been established in his law career for over 30 years, and is experienced and equipped to advise and represent clients in commercial, corporate and business matters, Wills and Probate as well as traffic violations, child support, criminal, custody & visitation, DUI, family law matters in every level of the state and federal courts. Attorney Diane L. Romero has been a member of the firm since 1987. She is also an adjunct faculty member at St. Joseph's University College in the Criminal Justice and Sociology Departments. She also teaches at the police academy in lower Merion, as well as Neumann College in Aston. Ms. Romero provides advice and representation in wills, traffic violations, domestic custody, child support and visitation, criminal, DUI, personal injury, elder law matters.
